And I would dedicate an entire blog to this idea if I could…
Would be people in Jayne Hats. And ONLY Jayne Hats.
I think it would be hot.
I totally agree!!! I mean, for one, you should know how to spell Star Trek properly.
I mean, seriously.

These posts make me angry.
Tell me, do you think I’m a virgin?
Do you?
Just because people cosplay doesn’t mean they don’t fuck. We’re just fucked by people with similar interests.
You just don’t know it because you (the people who make these) are ignorant and don’t stop to ask us about our lives. You assume we’re socially awkward, lame people who have never been looked upon, let alone touched by another human.
THIS.
…. Where to begin?
First, you equate showing skin/being sexy with slutty. Second, you equate slutty as a bad thing. What is “Slutty?”
From Dictionary.com
Slutty: of, resembling, or characteristic of a slut: slutty behavior.
Slut: an immoral or dissolute woman; prostitute.
So showing off skin is immoral then? Or dirty. Bad. And “most real geek girls” don’t do that?
Oh… Do I have some news for you…
First off, showing skin or whatever is a personal choice. Being seen in a vulnerable position, ie naked, can be a huge turn on. Also, it takes courage. Courage to weather through any and all comments pointing out every last imperfection the poster may have, and the courage and wherewithal to put up with slut shaming bullshit like this.
Also, there is this amazing thing called “Enjoying sex/life.” It may not be for you, and thats fine. But these other girls are not living your life. They are living theirs.
I know MANY, many girls who have taken and posted sexy/risque pics of themselves and posted them on the internet. And they are, in fact, “Real Geeks”. (sic) Cosplay, video games, D&D, etc etc… Sure, some pics can be traced back to you. To quote Bill Hicks I have four questions for you.
Yeah? And? So? What?
Oh noes! Someone has seen my legs as though I was wearing a bikini anyway! Or perhaps some sideboob, or me looking sexy in a Batman shirt! The world will end!!
Sex is not a bad thing. Being sexy is not a bad thing. It brings confidence. And confidence is something Geek Girls need more of to combat all the negative stereotypes of how they all must be horrible, ugly creatures in order to enjoy rolling a D20. Or perhaps the myth that geek girls don’t even exist in the first place.
So Im sorry to tell you Poster, Geek Girls will continue to post as they please. Show off their bodies, or not, as they please, sleep with whomever they please, and they will remain Geeks. Because that is not for you to decide.
And because I am a fan of irony, I will now post something from your own page that you reblogged.
